4.      The ORTO Science program is distributed freely provided this distribution package is not modified. No individual or organization has the right to collect payment for the ORTO Science distribution.

5.      Prior to using the ORTO Science program the user should register by filling out the registration form on the website.

6.      The ORTO Science program is provided "As Is", with no warranty provided or implied. The user accepts all risks connected with the use of this software. The authors will not be held responsible for any loss or corruption of data or any loss of profit during use or incorrect use of this software.

7.      Publication of results received with the use of ORTO Science should be accompanied by a reference indicating that these results were received with the help of ORTO Science.

8.      You cannot use, copy, emulate, create new versions, rent or lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, study the program code by any other means, hand over the registered program or any of its parts in the manner different from that specified in this license agreement. Any such illegal use will mean an automatic and immediate termination of this agreement and can be persecuted by law.

9.      All rights not represented here ex facte are reserved by the authors.

10.      The fact of installation and use of ORTO Science means that you understand the provisions of the present license agreement and agree to comply with them.

11.      If, for any reason, you do not agree to this license agreement you should delete all files of the ORTO Science distribution package from your information carriers and stop using ORTO Science.
